IB-AC6405-C is an independent USB 3.0 HUB with Type-C™ connector to host PC. The slim design and integrated USB 3.0 cable makes it perfect for Mac or PC-Notebooks on the go. You can expand four USB 3.0 Type-A interfaces to your PC or Notebook. A 5 V DC interface is provided, so that you can connect an optional power supply (5 V/2 A, not included) for external USB-devices with high power consumption.

They are smaller and therefore ideal for thin laptops and mobile devices and it is no longer necessary to insert the connector in a particular orientation.
